We had a fantastic Easter weekend at this hotel! the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that they provided fresh fruit at breakfast, which was a nice touch. the location was also perfect - we were able to find parking easily and the environment was quiet and peaceful. Another advantage we enjoyed was the fact that we were able to print our boarding passes at the hotel, which saved us a lot of hassle. a great experience!

That the swimming pool had been replaced by a jacuzzi, which was disappointing. we were surprised that the hotel did not have a bar, especially considering the price we paid for our room.

The value for the money at Hostal Casa Mercedes was great! The room was cozy with a breathtaking view of the sea. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach and a bit further to Balcon De Europa. The staff treated us like family, especially Mercedes who waited for us when our transfer was late.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some variety to avoid repetition.

I had a delightful stay at a friendly, charming place with a panoramic view. My spacious room had a sun terrace with a small table and chairs where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The junior suite was recommended, and I couldn't agree more. The large, comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the quiet and effective air conditioning provided a pleasant atmosphere. The en suite had a luxurious double shower that was absolutely lovely.
